The gap after the schedule

Sending the schedule does not tell you whether the crew is ready.

Specialty contractors already plan work in project systems, spreadsheets, work orders and other back-office tools. The uncertainty starts after the assignment leaves the office. Did the worker receive the current information? Did the worker confirm it? Did a later change replace what they already acknowledged? Did the crew arrive? Is something blocking the job?

When the job changes, workers confirm the new information.

A confirmation only matters if it applies to the information the worker is expected to follow. When an important assignment detail changes, Operative Spaces sends the update clearly and asks affected workers to confirm again.

The field already knows how to text.

Workers receive their assignment, confirm or decline, receive updates, ask job questions, report arrival and send field issues through ordinary text messages. No worker app is required for the core operating loop.

• No app download. The assignment arrives in the worker's normal text messages.
• No separate login. Workers do not need to remember another password just to receive tomorrow's job.
• English and Spanish. Worker-facing assignments and ordinary operating messages can be delivered in the worker's configured language.

Answer job questions from approved information. Otherwise say no.

Workers can text questions about parking, access, start time and PPE. Operative Spaces answers only from worker-visible job information. If that information is missing, the product says it does not have the answer and creates an exception for the PM.
